Integrated retail levels-up with new partnership between Sitoo & Zalando

Sitoo now supports Zalando in enabling retailers to seamlessly sell in-store products online.

2020 saw ecommerce explode in popularity with 10 years worth of growth happening in just three months (Source: McKinsey)  as a result of COVID-19. This growth in popularity of online shopping has accelerated the need for physical retailers to digitize their business.

The partnership between Sitoo and Zalando will see the integration of the Sitoo cloud-native POS and unified commerce platform into Zalando’s Connected Retail platform. This integration will make it simple for retailers to easily connect their stores into Zalando Connected Retail meaning they can increase their revenue and turnover as well as providing customers with more product and fulfillment options – such as fulfilling and shipping orders directly from the store.
