The Best Kept Secret award is for an exceptional solution provider or tech vendor delivering high-impact results for retailers before achieving widespread industry visibility.
The VIP Challenge award recognizes a retailer and solution provider team that turned a major business challenge into measurable impact through practical and meaningful technology, including AI.
