Where to find Sitoo Messenger and SIA

  • BackOffice: Look for the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

  • Sitoo POS: Open the app and tap the chat icon.

What's new

  • Direct messaging with Customer Care from Sitoo BackOffice and Sitoo POS.

  • 24/7 agent assistance from SIA.

  • Available support languages in SIA: English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, French, Spanish, and German, with more languages on the way.

What stays the same

  • Your Sitoo setup and data.

  • Help articles are now conveniently accessible in Sitoo Messenger.

  • You’ll still be able to call, and we recommend phoning us for urgent issues.

  • However, Sitoo Messenger and SIA are the quickest ways to get help.

How to get started:

  1. Log in to the Sitoo BackOffice – or open the Sitoo POS app.

  2. Click or tap the messenger icon.

  3. Start a conversation or browse Help Center suggestions.
