One of the key highlights is a unified RFID self-checkout experience combined with Tap to Pay on Zebra KC50 Kiosk Computer connected with the Zebra FXP20 combined RFID reader and antenna. Shoppers simply place their items on the counter, RFID recognises them instantly, and Tap to Pay completes the purchase on the same screen.
The entire flow is fast, simple and efficient, removing the need for traditional payment terminals or additional hardware.
Visitors will also experience how Sitoo POS brings RFID, Tap to Pay, item recognition, and AI support together in one mobile device. Running on Zebra’s new EM45 Series Enterprise Mobile device, this creates a true single pane of glass. By empowering every associate with mobile checkout capabilities, any corner of the store can be transformed into a point of service, enabling flowing customer journeys without bottlenecks.
The workflow will also demonstrate how Sitoo turns returns into simple and stress-free exchanges. With guided, AI-supported flows, associates can quickly look up orders, check stock availability, suggest personalised alternatives, and keep sales in the store. The process reduces friction for both teams and customers, making post-purchase interactions as easy as the initial sale.
Finally, Sitoo will present how its POS works in sync with Zebra’s wearable technology on their latest WS301 connected with Zebra Workcloud Sync to keep shop floor teams connected. Real-time notifications make it easier for associates to stay alert to customer needs, respond faster, and avoid service delays - all without disrupting the flow of the store. Together, these demonstrations highlight shopping workflows designed for the cutting edge of modern retail.
The power of retail media networks will also come to life at the booth.
