CDLP – Welcome to the family!

CDLP have launched a new store in the heart of Stockholm.

They are regularly featured in magazines like GQ, Esquire, and Marie Claire, they have built up a cult following of celebrities and fashion lovers, and now they have launched a new store in the heart of Stockholm with Sitoo’s help.

Since 2014, CDLP have made luxury essentials for men with a focus on sustainability and being environmentally friendly. They’ve grown from strength to strength thanks to the quality of their products, an outside-the-box marketing strategy, and an army of loyal fans.

Now, they have opened a new store at one of the most desirable addresses in Stockholm’s retail sector, more than doubling the size of their store area. The interior focuses on providing kind of a pop-up, despite the hot property of their address. This is amplified with ‘Until Further Notice’ written on the door, heightening the feeling.

“We set up the store in just 8 days,” says store manager, Mikael Erstadius. “Much of this was made possible because of the flexibility Sitoo gives us. We chose Sitoo as our POS and unified commerce platform because we believe these kind of pop-ups are the best way for us to expand and, with Sitoo, there’s no limitations on what we can do.”

The benefits don’t end there. CDLP’s store associates boast a huge amount of retail experience between them and say Sitoo is by far the most user-friendly POS they’ve ever used.

Mikael adds: “All of us love how simple the Sitoo POS is to use and its sleek appearance and clean set-up really reflect on the set-up of our store. We also do an inventory count every month through Sitoo and it’s incredibly efficient and easy.

“The fact we can easily do things like issue digital receipts is another huge bonus because more and more of our customers expect and want this. We’ve found our customers are more curious than ever regarding our environmental focus and how we use lyocell and recycled fishing nets as clothing materials. The environmental awareness of our customers is definitely increasing.”

As for the future, CDLP already has customers worldwide thanks to their web sales and are planning on launching more pop-ups around the world in order to give more of their customers the true experience of the brand.
